We provide traditional on- site support and assistance charged at our standard daily rates which are also available outside office hours.
We provide e-mail support during office hours, to solve problem, quickly and easily. Telephone support is provided from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. We support on all the Sage solutions we supply.
We also offer hi-tech desktop support via remote access, this means we are able to view your screen, control your mouse and keyboard and correct problems as if we were there in your office.

PLAN: IT Business Systems train on all the products we supply, and have fully accredited technical staff certified by Sage PLC, who can teach you about our wide selection of software. Training can be tailored to users' individual needs, either at clients own premises or at our Manchester offices. The importance of training cannot be over-emphasised since it enables clients to gain maximum benefit from their investment in our systems.
